All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.  All credit/debit card transactions on the Elsker & Lys site are processed using Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Security is Stripe's highest priority. Stripe meet or exceed the most stringent industry standards: each piece of Stripe's infrastructure and each stage of their operations are designed with security in mind.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Always make sure that the shipping address that you enter in when checking out is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on there way to you. Our delivery time window begins from the moment an order is accepted by us and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please keep in mind that it can take longer during our busy sale periods where it may take up to 32 hours period. Once orders are dispatched, it can take up to 3 or 4 days to arrive for all Australian orders. For International orders it can take up to 14 days, depending on your location. All customers will receive an email once their order has been dispatched with tracking information from our courier.

RETURN POLICY

·      Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian/New Zealand customers and 21 days of dispatch all other countries.

·      Items must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached and in it’s original packaging

·      Items must not be damaged, worn, altered or washed. This includes make-up or fake tan marks, the smell of perfume or deodorant.

·      The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided

·      Sale items are not eligible for returns

Once processed, it may take between 5-7 business days to process the funds back into your account. You will receive an email once refund has been issued.

Returns will only be accepted under these conditions. We have the right to deny a refund if items returned have been worn, damaged, soiled in any way and will be returned to the sender. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You are solely responsible for the return of the merchandise so we highly recommend that an insured traceable method be used to ensure safe and recorded delivery.

RETURNING AN ITEM

To request your Return Authorisation Number (RA), email customercare@elskerlys.com within 14 days of your order being dispatched. Include your order number in the email. Please note, return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Make sure item/s are placed in an appropriate sized satchel. Please ensure your RA Number and invoice is included in your package.
