Shipping -Fashion and Accessories

Any orders placed after 9:30am (AEST) will be processed the following business day for dispatch. 

Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard shipping for orders is $14.00
  • Express shipping for orders is $16.00.

Regular Shipping Parcels

  • Allow 2-5 days for delivery within Australia.  
  • All orders are currently shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Express Parcels

  • Allow 1-3 days for delivery within Australia.  
  • Due to our order processing time we cannot guarantee next day delivery. 

Order Processing Time

  • Order processing times are within 1-3 business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be processed during sale and busy periods.

International Shipping

Our international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

    Please allow 5-10 Business days for delivery.

    Additionally, international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. 

    Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery. 

    Finishes, colour and sizes may vary due to the character of the product we accept NO responsibility for the return or refund due to these variations. Please check with the store or sales team if this is vital to your project.

    Delivery & Dispatch time for Furniture

    Once your bulk furniture or homeware piece has been ordered we will then make contact with you to advise on the shipping rate to your area or if you wish to obtain a quote first, please email us at customercare@elskerlys.com

    Delivery Lead Time

    Dispatch from Elsker & Lys warehouse is estimated within 2-3 days from payment, this may vary in peak times. For most of our deliveries we use Regional Road Express and Fastway who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location, product/order size will determine how soon you will receive your order.

    Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be provided with a tracking number via email. 

    RETURNS POLICY- FASHION & ACCESSORIES  

     

    14 Days Returns Fashion & Accessories

     Elsker & Lys gladly accept returns within a 14-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions.

    • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
    • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Elsker & Lys.
    • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Elsker & Lys is not responsible for returns that are not received.
    • 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned unless faulty.
    • Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
    • Strictly no REFUNDS on SALE items. Exchange or credit note only. If you exchange the item must be returned in same condition then we will contact you to charge postage to send the new size out.

    Returns Process

    To return an item, please complete our  Returns Form. 

    Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to returns. Please note, the return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

    Once Elsker & Lys receives your return:

    • Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Elsker & Lys.
    • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or, if you wish, store credit.
    • If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you via email. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date.
    • If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
    • If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
    • You will receive a courtesy email update from Elsker & Lys soon as your refund has been initiated.

    Exchanges

    Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. We hear you and are working to have exchanges available in the near future! In the meantime, simply send your return back for a refund and re-order as you wish.We recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment if the size is not available as we only carry small numbers of stock.

    WARRANTY 

    12 months non commercial warranty on all furniture, lighting and homewares.

    FAULTY GOODS

    Will be replaced once returned to Elsker & Lys . Elsker & Lys will not arrange a return unless the item/s are in the original packaging and at the original place of delivery. If the same item is not available a refund will be issued and you may place a new order for something else of interest.

    Replacement item/s will be delivered to the original address supplied by the purchaser. N.B. In the event of an item to be deemed faulty Elsker & Lys will try to rectify any problem where a replacement is not available. Please contact our team to discuss and facilitate an alternative or solution for you.

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    Must be reported within 48 hours, or a reasonable time frame, or no claims will be accepted. These will be replaced or if no replacement available the item will be refunded. Elsker & Lys will not accept liability for any breakage or damage to goods, which have been moved from the original delivery point, images are required for assessment. All original packaging must be retained.
